ABOUT

Who We Are

Meet Greg Hardwick, P.E., President and Owner of Hardwick General Contracting — and your go-to partner in crafting the luxury custom space you’ve been dreaming about.

Greg was recently honored as the Master Custom Builder Council’s Builder of the Year, and the Greater Orlando Builders Association’s Remodeler of the Year. When he’s not spending time with his family or exploring the Sunshine State’s great outdoors by bike, Greg is putting his passion for luxury home construction to use — crafting spaces that inspire his clients and enrich the communities around them, too.

The Hardwick GC philosophy is led by customer service — before, during, and after construction. Your custom home should be a reflection of you and your one-of-a-kind style, and we’ll work tirelessly to ensure that vision comes to life with luxury, sustainable features you can feel good about.

Our History

Greg’s passion for construction began at a young age. As the son to an Air Force fighter pilot, his family moved every two to three years — and remodeled every home they lived in along the way. Seeing the transformation of each property fostered a lifelong love for renovation and construction in Greg— and he’s been working with homes ever since!

Today, equipped with a Masters of Engineering from the University of South Florida, his approach to homebuilding and renovation is informed by the latest technical innovations and strides in sustainable luxury — while never foregoing customer service, close client relationships, and the personal touch that makes a Hardwick home truly one-of-a-kind.

“As a family owned and operated business, we pride ourselves in building a close partnership with our clients making the entire custom home experience very personalized, collaborative and enjoyable."  – Greg Hardwick
