Donna is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with dual Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees in both Accounting and Finance. Donna brings more than 25 years construction management experience in which she provided financial leadership and oversight in all aspects of accounting and business operations for multi-million-dollar organizations.
Originally from Massachusetts, Justin has been a central Florida resident since 2005. Justin is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys practicing fine woodworking in his home shop. Justin has vast experience in aspects of commercial, residential remodeling, and custom home construction. As graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, MA) with a degree in Physics and Engineering, Justin brings a wealth of technical and hands on experience coupled with over a decade of project management and customer service experience to our company. From day to day operations and logistics, he plays a lead role in the long-term planning and execution of each project. He also makes time to volunteer with local and national organizations that promote active lifestyles and provide access to sports activities for veteran groups and disabled individuals.
Bryan has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has a diverse portfolio of knowledge in many aspects of construction including traveling around the United States remodeling hotels. Bryan previously owned and operated a maintenance company specializing in painting, landscaping and pressure washing. Bryan has lived in Central Florida his entire life. In his free time, he enjoys boating, hunting and fishing. Our clients see him often. He is a valuable multi-disciplined craftsman who can be working on the job one day and assisting our Project Manager on another.
Jennifer has an extensive background in residential homebuilding. Earlier in her career she worked for a builder in Homestead and a few years after Hurricane Andrew she relocated to Central Florida. Prior to landing at HardwickGC, she worked for several trade companies and for a regional home builder where she was the Accounting/Field Coordinator. As Office Manager, she manages most administrative communication, subcontractor qualifications, tracking project expenses, lien releases, bank draws. She also assists with the coordination of client selections on our online TeamSite.
